What is Webcam Recorder?

Webcam Recorder captures video directly from your webcam with optional audio from your microphone. Record quick video messages, tutorials, or selfie clips and download them as WebM or MP4. Everything stays in your browser — no video is uploaded anywhere.

How to use

1. Allow camera and microphone access when prompted, then select your preferred devices.
2. Click Record to start capturing. A timer shows elapsed time. Click Stop when finished.
3. Preview the recording and click Download to save it to your device.

Result

You need to record a 30-second video introduction for a job application. Select your laptop webcam, hit Record, speak your intro, stop, and download the MP4.
