What is Clothing Size Converter?
Look up sizes across the major international systems side by side. Pick a label in one country or enter your bust, chest, waist, or foot length to see what it is everywhere else — handy when you're shopping from a brand that only ships in one notation.
Tables cover men's, women's, and kids' tops, bottoms, dresses, jeans, and shoes across the US, UK, EU, AU, JP, and CN (China) systems, with France, Italy, and Korea available behind a toggle. Women's tops, bottoms, and dresses also include Plus (1X-6X) and Petite blocks, and jeans let you set an inseam length. Look up by size label, or switch to body-measurement mode and enter your bust, chest, waist, or foot length to get the right size in every system at once. Tap any row in the full chart to convert that size instantly. When your measurement falls between two rows, an inline tip recommends which way to round based on garment type and fabric. Download the full chart as CSV for offline reference.

FAQ
- Why does my US size 8 dress map to UK 12, not UK 8?
- Women's sizing in the UK runs roughly four numbers higher than the US for the same body measurement. So US 8 = UK 12 = EU 40 for most retailers. Men's tops are usually one-to-one between US and UK because both use chest inches.
- Are these size charts accurate for every brand?
- They're the industry-standard mapping, but individual brands vary. Italian designer labels typically run small, US fast fashion runs large. Use the chart as a starting point and check the brand's own size guide if your size sits between two rows.
- How do EU shoe sizes work — they're not whole numbers?
- EU shoe sizes are based on the Paris point, where one size equals 2/3 of a centimetre. That's why you get values like 36.5 or 40.5. They cover finer gradations than US half-sizes, especially in the smaller range.
- Is there a chart for children's sizes?
- Kids' sizing is included for tops, bottoms, and shoes. Sizes for children are usually tied to age or height, so the chart works best when you know the child's actual chest, waist, or foot measurement rather than the age label on the previous outfit. Dresses and jeans are listed under women's and men's, where they have their own charts.
- Can I export the chart to use offline?
- Yes. Hit Download CSV and you get a comma-separated file with every visible system (US, UK, EU, AU, JP, and CN by default, plus France, Italy, and Korea if you have turned them on) for the current garment and gender. Open it in any spreadsheet app or print it for reference next to the wardrobe.
