What is Envelope Addresser?

Envelope Addresser formats sender and recipient addresses for standard envelope sizes and generates a print-ready PDF. Supports #10, A2, A6, A7, and international envelope formats.

Six common sizes are preset: US #10 business, A2 RSVP, A6, A7 invitation, C5 and DL international. Pick a font (sans, serif or script-style mono), set the point size, choose ink colour from black, navy, maroon or sepia, and the live preview shows exactly how the layout will print. The PDF download lands at the true envelope dimensions in landscape, ready for tray-fed printing.

How to use

  1. Enter the sender (return) address and recipient address in the provided fields.
  2. Select the envelope size and adjust font, alignment, and positioning.
  3. Preview the layout and download the formatted PDF ready for printing.

When to use

FAQ

Will the addresses really line up when I print on a real envelope?
The PDF page matches the envelope's exact width and height, so as long as you feed the envelope correctly and your printer driver is set to the same paper size, the text lands inside the white area each time.
How do I feed an envelope into a home printer without it jamming?
Use the manual feed tray when available, flap down and address side up. Slide the side guides snug against the envelope. Avoid bulky envelopes with rigid flaps; a manual single-sheet feed is the most reliable path.
Can I print a return address only, leaving the recipient empty?
Yes. Type the return address into the sender field and leave the recipient field blank. The preview redraws automatically and the PDF will only include the upper-left return block.
Why is the script font on the preview just a monospace style?
True calligraphy fonts can't be reliably embedded in every browser, so the third style uses a clean monospace as a stand-in. If you want real calligraphy, generate the PDF, open it in a design app and substitute the font there.
Does the PDF leave space for the stamp?
Yes — the upper-right corner is reserved for a stamp by convention, and the layout keeps that area clear. The recipient address sits in the centre and the sender goes top-left.
