How to use

1. Upload a PDF form (tax forms, applications, contracts, etc.). The tool detects and highlights all fillable fields.
2. Click on any highlighted field to enter text, check boxes, or select dropdown options. Tab between fields for quick navigation.
3. Preview the completed form, then download the filled PDF. Your entries are embedded in the PDF — recipients see them as native content.

Result

Upload a W-9 tax form PDF: click the 'Name' field and type your full name, fill in your address, check the 'Individual' box, enter your SSN, then download the completed W-9 ready to submit.
