What is Email Signature Generator?

An email signature generator creates professional HTML signatures for your emails. Customize your name, title, company, phone, and social links with a selection of clean templates. Copy the HTML and paste it into Gmail, Outlook, or any email client.

The generator produces inline HTML with table-based layouts that survive Gmail, Outlook desktop, Outlook web, and Apple Mail rendering. Five templates are included: Modern (vertical accent bar), Classic (text-only with separator), Minimal (one-line), Banner (coloured header strip), and Card (bordered, framed block). You pick the accent colour (preset or any custom hex), add social links including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp, optionally drop in a scheduling-link button or a Save Contact button that downloads a vCard, then hit Copy signature to paste it formatted into your mail client — or grab the raw HTML. The formatting holds in every reply.

How to use

  1. Fill in your details: full name, job title, company, phone number, email, and website.
  2. Choose a signature template style and customize colors to match your brand.
  3. Preview your signature, then copy the HTML code to paste into your email client's signature settings.

When to use

  • Setting up a consistent signature for a small team before everyone configures Gmail themselves.
  • Refreshing a signature after a job title change or company rebrand.
  • Adding a clickable LinkedIn or portfolio link without managing image-hosted banners.

Result

Create a signature with 'Jane Smith, Product Manager at Acme Corp' with phone, email, and LinkedIn link. Choose the 'Modern' template with a blue accent bar. Copy HTML into Gmail settings.

FAQ

Why does Outlook strip out my signature's spacing?
Outlook converts HTML through Word's rendering engine, which ignores most modern CSS. The templates here use HTML tables and inline styles only, which is the format Outlook actually preserves. If spacing still breaks, paste into the Signatures dialog rather than directly into a new email.
Can I add a profile photo or company logo?
Yes. Upload a profile photo or company logo in the Brand assets panel and it appears in the signature instantly. Both images are read locally and embedded as inline data URLs, so nothing is uploaded to any server. Keep files under 1 MB and ideally around 80-120 px wide so they render quickly in mail clients.
How do I install the signature in Gmail?
Easiest way: click Copy signature, then in Gmail open Settings > General > Signature and paste. The button copies the formatted signature, so the layout and links arrive intact with no HTML to fiddle with. Prefer the raw markup? Use Copy HTML instead. For multiple aliases, make a separate signature per send-as address.
Should I include my phone number and full address?
Phone yes, full street address rarely. Phone gives clients a fast channel that doesn't require another email exchange. Street addresses only make sense for licensed professionals (lawyers, accountants) where the office location matters legally.
Will the signature look the same on mobile?
Mostly. The templates use widths and font stacks that scale on iOS Mail and Gmail mobile. Avoid signatures wider than 600 px or with more than two columns — mobile clients can collapse them awkwardly. Test by sending yourself an email and viewing on phone.
