What is Thank You Card?

The Thank You Card maker lets you create personalized thank-you cards on your device. Pick a template, customize the message and recipient name, choose colors, then download the card as an image to print or send.

Seven hand-coded templates — Classic, Floral, Modern, Minimal, Vintage, Gold, and Pastel — render at the size you pick: landscape (800×560), portrait (560×800), or square (640×640). Pick one of eight accent colours, write your own card title, type the recipient, message, and your name, and the preview redraws live as you type. Add a photo and it sits in a framed band at the bottom of the card. Long messages auto-shrink so nothing gets clipped. Download as PNG or JPG to attach to email, post on social, or print on standard A6 card stock.

How to use

What size is the downloaded image?

Pick the format and shape that suit you: PNG (lossless, transparent friendly) or JPG (smaller files, easier to email). Landscape is 800×560, portrait is 560×800 (great for Instagram stories or folded cards), and square is 640×640 (fits Instagram posts). All scale cleanly to A6 (105×148 mm) card stock — open the image in any editor if you need higher DPI for professional printing.

Can I add my own photo?

Yes. Use the Photo (optional) field to add a picture and it appears as a framed band along the bottom of the card, cropped to fit. The image is read on your device and never uploaded anywhere. For a transparent logo, it's still cleaner to download the PNG and overlay it in an image editor (Photoshop, GIMP, Canva, or your phone's photo app), since the photo slot is built for full photos.

Is there a character limit on the message?

There's no hard limit. The card auto-wraps lines and then auto-shrinks the message font down to about 13px so longer notes stay fully visible inside the card. For very long letters, keep the card as the cover and put the body in the email itself.

Which template suits a professional thank-you best?

Classic and Minimal read most formal — Classic with its serif title and Minimal with its clean typography. Floral and Pastel feel warmer and lean personal. Gold and Vintage strike a balance for weddings and milestone events.

Where does my message go after I download?

Nowhere except your device. The card renders entirely on your machine using HTML canvas, and no text, name, or generated image is uploaded. Close the tab and there's no record left online.
