What is Image Blur Tool?

Blur entire images or specific regions with adjustable gaussian and box blur algorithms. Perfect for redacting sensitive information, creating background effects, or softening photos before sharing.

How to use

1. Step 1 — Upload an image by dragging and dropping or clicking the upload area. Supported formats include PNG, JPEG, and WebP.
2. Step 2 — Choose the blur type (Gaussian or Box), adjust the blur radius with the slider, and optionally select a region to blur instead of the entire image.
3. Step 3 — Preview the result in real time, then download the blurred image in your preferred format.

Result

A user needs to share a screenshot but it contains a visible email address. They select just the email region, apply a 15px Gaussian blur, and download the redacted image.
