What's the difference between the eraser and the magic wand?

The eraser is a manual brush you drag where you want to delete. The magic wand removes contiguous pixels of a similar color in one click — perfect for solid backgrounds. Use wand first, eraser to clean up edges.

How thick should the white sticker border be?

For laptop and water-bottle stickers, a 6-10 pixel border at 300 DPI prints cleanly without looking too thick. For messaging apps, 4-6 pixels reads well at thumbnail size. Match border thickness to final display size.

Will my photos be uploaded anywhere?

No. Every image stays on your device. The eraser, magic wand, border, and export all run locally using HTML canvas. Close the tab and the photo is gone, nothing was sent to a server.

Why does the magic wand leave a colored fringe around my subject?

JPEG compression smears pixel colors at edges. Increase the tolerance setting to catch more of the fringe, or follow up with the eraser at small brush size. PNG sources have cleaner edges and need less cleanup.

What format should I download for which use?

Transparent PNG for stickers with a transparent background (laptop, messaging apps). JPEG when you've added a solid color background and want a smaller file. WebP if your destination supports it for best size at the same quality.
