What is Vision Board Maker?

Vision Board Maker is a free canvas for arranging images, text, and quotes into a visual goal board. Pick a board size, drop in pictures, add affirmations, and download a high-resolution PNG. Everything is free and private — the canvas never leaves your device.

The canvas supports four presets (1080x1080, 1200x800, 1920x1080, A4 print size) and any combination of background fill, including five gradient options like Sunset, Ocean, and Dusk. Upload pictures or paste them in, type freeform text or load any of the twelve built-in affirmations, then adjust opacity, layering, and rotation per element. Undo and redo cover the last several edits.

How to use

1. Pick a board size (1080 square for Instagram, 1920x1080 for a desktop wallpaper, or A4 for printing) and choose a solid colour, gradient, or your own background image.
2. Drop in images, type goals, and add quotes from the built-in motivational list. Drag pieces around, resize the corners, and rotate to angle anything off the grid.
3. Layer items front to back, fine-tune opacity for a faded photo collage look, and download the finished board as a sharp PNG.

How do I add my own background image instead of a solid colour?

Open the Background panel, switch from Solid to Image, and upload the picture you want behind everything. The image fills the canvas and you can place all the other elements on top. You can swap it later without losing the items above.

Will my board print at decent quality on A4 paper?

Yes. The A4 preset renders at 2480x3508 pixels, which is 300 DPI when printed at A4 size. Any image you bring in should be roughly that resolution if it's going to fill the page, otherwise it will look soft compared to the text and shapes.

Can I save a draft and come back to finish it later?

Yes. The board now saves itself on this device as you edit, so it comes back automatically the next time you open the tool. To keep a permanent copy or move it to another device, download a PNG or JPEG. Pressing Clear wipes the saved board.

Why does my photo look stretched when I resize it?

Drag a corner handle to scale proportionally. The side handles stretch the image on one axis, which is useful if you want to crop a portrait into a landscape strip, but it distorts faces. Hold the corner and drag inward to shrink without warping.

Are my pictures uploaded anywhere?

No. Image files you add are read directly into the canvas using the FileReader API, and the export runs on the same canvas. Nothing is sent to a server. Refreshing the page wipes everything from memory.
